Quick & Easy Chili

Today I'm sharing with you my go to recipe for gluten free Chili.

Quick and Easy Chili

I've been making Chili for years, not even thinking twice about the ingredients I used.  Since switching to a gluten free lifestyle, I have had to tweek my recipe, just slightly.

This recipe is quick and easy, gluten free, and perfect for those nights you need a quick dinner.

On a side note, I use Hunts Tomatoes and Bush's Beans.  They are both clearly marked gluten free on their cans.

Hope you enjoy this Chili as much as my family does.  We always top ours with cheddar cheese.  What's your favorite add on toppings for Chili?

Until next time...

            With Aloha,

                          ~Jane

  4. Don't you love opening up a bunch of cans and voila! dinner is ready! I'm a big fan of Hunt's tomatoes as well as their sauce. They are very consistent with quality and flavor.

    1. Yes! Most definitely Lydia! I've always used Hunts Brand so when I realized their tomatoes were gluten free I was thrilled!

  8. delish and easy, love me a good chili recipe! Thanks for making this. Sometimes I think we can get mired in all the creative ways to overcomplicate a recipe that is truly best in it's simplest form.

  13. This looks delicious, Jane! I'm trying to eat more gluten free these days. I feel so much better when I do, but I struggle with sticking to it. It's surprising what all gluten is in when you start reading labels. I'll have to try the brands you mentioned here. I love Bush's beans but don't think I've used the Hunts tomatoes. Thanks for the recommendations!

    1. It is really delicious Candace! You'll have to let me know how you like the Chili! It is amazing where gluten hides, sometimes in places you least expect! I always check the ingredients before purchasing a product, manufacturers can make a change and what was once gluten free may no longer be.
