|Cheeseburger Omelette with side salad|
From that moment forward, I have developed a love for a good omelet! They are wonderful to enjoy for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. There are so many variations of an omelette, it's quite amazing. What is your favorite? Would love to hear from you!
Today, I'm sharing my recipe for Cheeseburger Omelette, which is great for lunch or dinner. This recipe is quick and easy, gluten free and quite delicious!
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup cooked ground beef, seasoned with salt & pepper
1/4 cup grated cheddar jack cheese
salt & pepper, to taste
Beat the eggs, add salt and pepper to taste. Warm omelette pan at medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter in pan. Add beaten eggs, cook until eggs begin to gel, place ground beef and cheese on one half of the omelette.
Fold other half over top of the meat and cheese filling, finish cooking, about a minute.
Serve with a side salad and drizzle omelette with ketchup, if desired. Serves one.
