Normally, I would make these on the grill. Since it is 20℉, I opted to cook them on the stove top. Another option, would be to broil them.

Here is the recipe:
1 lb ground beef
3 T. Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp. Oil
1/8 tsp. Black Pepper
3 tsp. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Ginger (ground)
2 T. Milk
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 Cup crushed Saltine Crackers(topped with sea salt) about 7 crackers
Combine Soy Sauce, oil, black pepper, sugar, and ginger in small bowl. Add milk and beaten egg, stir well. Set aside.

Cook to desired doneness. Serve on Onion Buns with Mayonnaise, Shredded Lettuce, and Cheese. (I melted one slice of cheese on the burgers, and added another slice to the bottom bun at assembly.
